More Important Information

What can I take?
Free baggage allowance varies with some destinations. As a rule, each passenger is allowed a maximum of two pieces of checked luggage, the combined weight of both pieces not to exceed 20 kg (44 lbs). Please refer to your airline ticket for your exact baggage allowance.

For Titan Tours passengers, please refer to their website for exact baggage allowances.

Total dimension of checked bagged is not to exceed 158 cm (62 inches) (length + width + height) per piece.

What if my baggage weighs more than the approved amount?
Please be advised that all passengers departing will be required to pay an excess baggage fee, as described below.

• A charge of $10.00 CDN per kg if passenger is originating from Canada.
• A charge of 7.00 Euros per kg if passenger is originating in Europe.
• A charge of $10.00 USD per kg if passenger is originating from any other country.

What Can I Take on Board the Aircraft?


Please ensure that medication, cash, jewellery, electronic goods, documents and fragile items (size dependant) be carried on the aircraft with you.

Carry on Baggage (Hand Baggage) Allowances
In accordance with the Transport Canada Carry on Baggage Program, each passenger is permitted only one piece in the cabin and this may be no larger than 9" x 16" x 20" or 23cm x 40cm x 51cm and weigh no more than 5 kgs or 11 lbs.

Excess will be charged at the applicable rate per kg for each direction, for bags that are excessively heavy (and may need to be checked).
Extra pieces will be checked.

Carry on luggage must be placed either under your seat or in an overhead storage bin of the aircraft.

Bags with built-in rollerboards will not be accepted in the cabin unless the dimensions including wheels and handles are as outlined above.

Items counted as Carry on Baggage:
Any kind of bag or suitcase, briefcase, laptop computer, diaper bag, camera case with spare lenses & film that are in addition to the camera itself, cartons, boxes and other similar items.

Items not counted as Carry on Baggage:
Cameras, coats, diplomatic or consular bags, purses (10" x 12"x 8" or less), receptacles containing human remains, child restraint systems. Please note: car seats are only permitted in cases of infants for whom a seat has been purchased.

Beverages

Coffee and tea is complimentary throughout the flight. Alcoholic beverages are available at a charge of $5. On some flights there may be a charge for non-alcoholic beverages.

Meals
Our catering department in conjunction with your Tour Operator carefully selects menus that are appropriate for the time of day and season. Should you have special dietary needs, please notify your travel agent and every effort will be made to satisfy your request. Ideally, this should be done when you book, but it can usually be arranged if we have at least 48 hours notice prior to your departure. Entertainment
Passengers on most aircraft can relax and enjoy a variety of in-flight entertainment options including individual seat audio programming with headsets, movies, and where possible, entertainment videos created exclusively for Skyservice.

Audio Service
A full range of in-flight audio programming is available at the touch of a button including nine channels featuring - jazz, classical, country, comedy and much more. The younger passenger will enjoy our short story feature(s).

Headsets
Skyservice offers passengers a brand-new set of headphones at a cost of $3.00 each, which are yours to keep for use on future Skyservice flights. They are adaptable to your home electronic equipment by simply removing/ adjusting the two-prong adapter.

Current Movies
Skyservice is pleased to screen first run movies on all flights (time permitting). For the pleasure of frequent flyers our movies are changed monthly


This flight is direct to Cancun Airport. When we arrive and get off the plane we will pick up our luggage and go through security. Then you will have everyone offering to carry your bags for you, they will.....for a tip. So if you don't want to deal with them make sure you grab your bags.
After this we all get on a nice a/c bus and head to our resort which is about 40 minutes away. I do believe they sell cheap Corona's on the bus too:) Why wait.

The Aussie's call them "roo's", but I think "Kanga" sounds more fitting. We spent 6 months travelling around Australia and New Zealand and would go back in a heart beat. It was an amazing trip.

All about the Resort: Iberostar Paraiso del Mar

All Inclusive Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered at several buffets and the main restaurant boasts an open kitchen. Dinner reservations can be made for the specialty restaurants, with a guaranteed table 3 times a week. The dress code requires that gentlemen wear long trousers. Snacks and all drinks are complimentary 24-hours a day. Table wine is offered with lunch and dinner and guests can request a special wine list for an additional charge. Room service is available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and guests can also take advantage of the free shuttle bus service to Playa del Carmen. There are endless entertainment options during the day and into the evening. Children can enjoy the activities at the Mini Club during the day. Location This Hotel is located in first line of the magnificent Playa Paraiso, halfway between Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen and is part of Iberostar Playa Paraiso Resort, a unique holiday complex. It is composed by 5 hotels, The Iberostar Paraiso del Mar, Iberostar Paraiso Beach, Iberostar Paraiso Lindo, Iberostar Paraiso Maya and the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso (opening February 2007).In addition, there are the common areas with access for all the clients of the resort with a Shopping Center, a modern Spa with humid areas, Temazcal, hairdressing salon and 28 cabins for treatments, the two discotheques Galaxy´ for adults and Underground for adolescents, a Convention Center, and a Golf course. The clients of the hotels Iberostar Paraiso del Mar and Iberostar Paraiso Beach have access to all the facilities of these two hotels and to the common areas.
